For software licenses that offer a free evaluation or trial period (including but not limited to WB Sender AI and the companion Android application), the user is provided full opportunity to verify the technical compatibility, features, stability, and operational fitness of the Software prior to transaction. Consequently, all purchases of license keys for trial-enabled products are final, binding, and non-refundable under any circumstances. For software licenses where no evaluation or trial period is available (specifically WB Sender Classic), refund requests may be evaluated strictly within twelve (12) hours from the exact timestamp of transaction completion, and only if the software is completely non-functional due to a technical bug that our support team cannot resolve. After this 12-hour window has passed, all sales of WB Sender Classic are final and non-refundable.
