Refund Policy — Android app
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to WB Bulk Sender & Group Manager (package com.scs.wbsender), published by SCS Technolabs, Vadakara, Koothattukulam, Kerala, India – 686662 and distributed on Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scs.wbsender. It does not cover our desktop products, which are governed by the website Terms and Conditions and the website Privacy Policy.
1. Google Play processes the refund, not us
The premium unlock is a Google Play in-app product. Google is the merchant of record: it took the payment, it holds the money and it issues the refund. We do not have the ability to refund a Play purchase from our side, so every request has to start with Google.
2. How to ask for a refund
- Open the Google Play Store, go to your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, find the purchase and choose Request a refund or Report a problem.
- You can also request one from play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory on a computer.
Google operates a short self-service window immediately after a purchase, during which a refund is granted automatically. After that window Google reviews the request, and may ask us whether we support it. We answer those requests honestly and promptly, and we support a refund where the app genuinely does not work as described on a supported device.
3. Talk to us first — it is usually faster
Most refund requests we see are a setup problem or a device-specific fault, and both are usually fixable in one exchange. Use the support form inside the app, or write to [email protected]. The in-app form is better, because it sends your app version, messaging-engine version and plan along with the message. Contacting us does not pause any Google deadline, so if you want a refund, file it with Google as well.
4. There is nothing to cancel
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again, so there is no cancellation to make and no recurring payment to stop.
5. Try it before you buy it
The app opens on a free trial and then settles on a free plan that never expires, so you can confirm the app works on your device, on your network and with your WhatsApp account before paying anything. The plans page sets out exactly what each plan includes. Because that opportunity to test exists, a refund request made purely on the basis of features you could have checked for free before buying is unlikely to be supported.
6. What a refund does not cover
- A WhatsApp ban, block or restriction. WhatsApp enforces its own rules against your own account. That is not a defect in the app and is not a ground for a refund — see clause 7 of the Terms of Use.
- A change WhatsApp makes that limits or breaks automation for everyone.
- Your device or network. Unsupported Android version, aggressive battery management that stops background work, or no connectivity.
- Business outcomes. Delivery rates, replies and sales depend on your list and your message, not on the app.
7. What happens after a refund is granted
Google notifies us, and premium is withdrawn from the account approximately 48 hours later. The account then returns to the free plan — it is not closed, not blocked and not deleted. Your campaigns, contacts, message history and unsubscribe list are stored on your own device and are not touched at all. Buying premium again later restores it in the normal way.
Deliberately obtaining a refund while continuing to use premium, or repeatedly buying and refunding, is a breach of the Terms of Use and we may withdraw access.
8. This page is only about the Android app
Desktop licences bought on this website are paid for through our own checkout, not through Google Play, and are covered by the website Refund Policy instead. Nothing on this page changes your statutory consumer rights in the country you live in.
