For software licenses that offer a free evaluation or trial period (including but not limited to WB Sender AI and the companion Android application), the user is provided full opportunity to verify the technical compatibility, features, stability, and operational fitness of the Software prior to transaction. Consequently, all purchases of license keys for trial-enabled products are final, binding, and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the subsequent identification of software bugs, compatibility issues, or device-specific technical failures.
For software licenses where no evaluation or trial period is available (specifically WB Sender Classic), refund requests may be evaluated strictly within twelve (12) hours from the exact timestamp of transaction completion. Any such request is contingent upon the user demonstrating a critical, non-remediable software defect that entirely prevents the execution of the application, subject to verification and review by our technical team. Upon expiration of the twelve (12) hour post-purchase window, all sales are deemed absolute, final, and non-refundable under any jurisdiction.
Furthermore, using the Software may cause a WhatsApp account ban, block, or suspension if the user sends unsolicited messages, spam, or fails to adhere to WhatsApp's official guidelines. You acknowledge that use of the Software is at your sole risk, and we shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances for any bans, blocks, suspensions, data loss, or business disruptions.
