Terms of Use — Android app
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This agreement applies to WB Bulk Sender & Group Manager (package com.scs.wbsender), published by SCS Technolabs, Vadakara, Koothattukulam, Kerala, India – 686662 and distributed on Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scs.wbsender. It does not cover our desktop products, which are governed by the website Terms and Conditions and the website Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using WB Bulk Sender & Group Manager you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age for entering into this kind of agreement.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal messaging. You may not resell, sub-licence, rent or redistribute the app; reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where that right cannot be excluded by law; or remove or obscure any ownership notice. The app and everything in it remain ours.
3. Google Play is the seller
Every purchase in this app is a Google Play in-app product. Google Play is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt, sets the price in your region and currency, and handles refunds. We never receive or store your payment details. Your purchase is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
The price shown on the Google Play purchase sheet is the price you pay. No figure quoted anywhere on this website is a price for this app.
4. Plans, allowances and what you are buying
- Free trial — 24 hours, starting the first time the app checks your plan, with 30 messages in total and one group you can save as a contact list. It is granted once per account: reinstalling the app, or reinstalling on another device, does not start it again.
- Free plan — what the app moves to when the trial ends. 10 messages a day, with the count starting again at midnight in your own time zone. Saving contacts from a group is not included. Nothing you have already created is deleted.
- Premium — a single one-time in-app purchase (product
wbs_premium), not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing recurs. It removes the message limit and the group limit for a term of 1,095 days (three years) counted from the day of purchase.
These allowances are the current ones and may change for new purchases. A change will not shorten a premium term you have already bought. The plans page always shows what is in force.
5. Your account
The app requires an account, and your entitlement is attached to that account rather than to a device. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe it has been used without your permission. Deleting your account destroys the entitlement attached to it and is not reversible — see the Privacy Policy.
6. How you may use it
You agree that you will not use the app to:
- Message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or who have asked you to stop. Honour every opt-out, promptly.
- Send spam, chain messages, scams, phishing, malware or anything deceptive.
- Send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes somebody else's rights.
- Break any law that applies to you, including data protection, electronic marketing and consumer protection law. Where you message people in the EU, UK, India or anywhere else with marketing consent rules, obtaining and being able to prove that consent is your responsibility, not ours.
- Break the terms of WhatsApp or of any other service the app connects to.
- Resell access to the app, or run it as a messaging service on behalf of third parties without our written agreement.
The contacts you load are yours and stay on your device. You are the controller of that data and you are responsible for having the right to message the people in it.
7. WhatsApp account bans and third-party enforcement
This is the most important paragraph on this page. The app automates your own WhatsApp account, and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) is entitled to restrict, suspend, ban or terminate any account it considers to be sending bulk, automated or unsolicited messages. That can happen however carefully you use the app, and it can happen to an account that has never sent a single unsolicited message.
You accept that risk in full and alone. We do not control WhatsApp, we cannot appeal on your behalf, and we cannot restore a banned account or the data inside it. Under no circumstances are we liable for any ban, block, suspension, termination, loss of messages, contacts, business, revenue or reputation arising from an enforcement action by WhatsApp or any other third-party platform. A ban is not a defect in the app and is not a ground for a refund.
WB Bulk Sender & Group Manager is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by or in any way officially connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Availability and changes
The app depends on a messaging engine it downloads, on your device, on your network and on WhatsApp — none of which we guarantee will be available or unchanged. We may update, alter or discontinue features, and a change WhatsApp makes may break something with no notice to us. We provide the app on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
9. Suspension and revocation
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Premium is also revoked when Google Play tells us a purchase was refunded, charged back or otherwise voided; revocation takes effect after a short grace period, after which the account returns to the free plan. Your locally stored campaigns and contacts are untouched by any of this.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the app — in contract, tort or otherwise — will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, goodwill or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Google Play. See the Android Refund Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading, and the current version always lives at this URL. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected], or the support form inside the app.
