Everything the mobile app can do, screen by screen: build a recipient list, write a message that does not look mass-sent, launch it, and read the results.
Getting around
The app opens on Automation and keeps everything under three tabs at the bottom: Automation for anything that sends, Reports for what already went out, and Settings for how the app behaves. The Automation tab is a grid of cards — each one is a self-contained job, so you can jump straight to the part you need.

- Your counters, up top
The campaign screen shows how many messages went out today and this month, and how many failed, so you always know where you stand before starting another run.
- One card, one job
Bulk campaigns, group member extraction, recipient lists, blocked numbers, auto-reply bots and the inbox each get their own card. Nothing is buried in a menu.
- Works while you scroll
A run keeps going while you move around the app. Come back to the campaign screen at any time to pause, resume or stop it.
Building a recipient list
A campaign always sends to a saved list, so the first step is to build one. Open Target Groups, tap Create campaign group, and pick where the people come from: your phone contacts, a CSV file, an Excel file, or type them in by hand. Give the list a name and save — you can reuse it as many times as you like.

Good to know
- Only real WhatsApp users
The phone-contacts picker lists only contacts that are actually on WhatsApp, so you are not wasting a send — and a badge marks business accounts.
- Numbers get tidied for you
Pick your country once and you can paste plain local numbers. Duplicates inside an import are merged automatically.
- Labels that follow the person
Tag anyone in a list — say vip or lapsed — and later build a brand-new list from that tag in two taps.
Writing a message
Tap New campaign, choose the list you want to reach, and write the message. Two buttons put the person's name or number straight into the text, and Add variation drops in a ready-made set of alternative wordings. The preview underneath shows exactly what one recipient will receive.

Good to know
- Say their name
Insert the Name or Mobile placeholder and every message arrives personalised, without you writing them one by one.
- No two messages alike
Add variations and each recipient gets a different phrasing. Sending identical text to hundreds of people is the clearest sign of bulk messaging.
- Shuffle before you send
The preview shows one example. Tap Shuffle to roll another combination and check that every wording reads well.
Photos, video and files
Add media attaches a photo, a video, an audio clip or a document to the campaign. The message text becomes the caption, and the preview shows the attachment exactly as it will land in the chat.

Good to know
- Everything WhatsApp supports
Images, video, voice notes, and documents such as PDF all send from the same screen.
- Captions have limits
Voice notes and some file types carry no caption in WhatsApp. The app tells you when the text will not travel with the attachment.
- One tap to remove
The attachment sits in a chip above the send buttons — tap the cross to swap it for something else.
Polls
Switch the campaign from Message to Poll and you can ask a question with up to a dozen options instead of sending text. Turn on multiple answers if people should be able to pick more than one. Replies come back as ordinary WhatsApp poll votes.

Good to know
- Great for a quick read
A poll needs one tap to answer, so response rates are far higher than asking people to type a reply.
- Single or multiple choice
One switch decides whether recipients pick exactly one option or as many as they like.
- Same safety rules
Polls go out through the same paced, spaced-out sending as text campaigns.
Launching a send
Run asks you to confirm first: how many people will be messaged, and a sample of what they will get. Once it starts, a card on the campaign screen tracks progress live, and you can pause, resume or stop at any point.

Good to know
- Confirm before anything leaves
The dialog counts the recipients and warns you when everyone on the list has already received this campaign.
- Live progress
The card shows who is being messaged right now and a percentage complete, and tells you why it is waiting when it pauses itself.
- Stop means stop
Stopping ends the run immediately. Anyone not yet messaged stays untouched and can be picked up in a later run.
Scheduling
Instead of Run, tap Schedule to pick a date and time. The campaign starts on its own, so you can line up a morning send the night before.

Good to know
- Pick a day and a time
Past dates are greyed out, so you cannot accidentally schedule something into yesterday.
- It runs without you
The app starts the campaign at the chosen moment. Keep the phone on and connected and there is nothing else to do.
- Only people still waiting
Scheduling needs recipients who have not received this campaign yet — if everyone has, send it again with Run instead.
Groups
The group card lists every WhatsApp group your linked account belongs to. Open one to see its members, select the people you want and save them as a new recipient list. You can also join groups in bulk by pasting invite links.

Good to know
- Members into a list
Select all, or pick individually, then Save as list — the group's members become an ordinary recipient list you can message.
- Some members stay hidden
WhatsApp hides the number of certain members. The screen says how many were hidden rather than silently dropping them.
- Join by link, in bulk
Paste a batch of invite links and the app works through them one at a time, reporting the outcome of each.
Auto-reply bots
A bot answers incoming messages for you. Build it on a canvas: start from the trigger, add blocks — send a text, wait, ask a question, branch on the answer, hand over to a human — and join them up. One master switch turns all bots on or off.

If nothing matches, nothing is sent — the message simply waits for you in the inbox.

Good to know
- Trigger on anything or on a keyword
Reply to every incoming message, or only when it contains, equals or starts with the word you choose.
- Long-press a block
Long-press any block to edit it, connect it to the next one, or delete it.
- It checks your work
The problems panel flags a flow that cannot reach its end, so you find the gap before a customer does.
Inbox
Replies to your campaigns collect in the Inbox, so you can see who wrote back without hunting through WhatsApp. Open a conversation to read the thread.

Good to know
- Kept in one place
Every incoming message is listed with the sender and the latest line, newest first.
- Pull to refresh
Swipe down on the list to check for anything that arrived while you were on another screen.
- Opt-outs handled for you
Someone replying STOP is added to your opt-out list automatically — you do not have to spot it here.
Reports
Every run is recorded. The Reports tab lists each campaign with how many messages were sent, delivered and failed, and opening one shows the outcome per person. Status gives you the one-glance version: auto-replies, account health, whether anything is sending, and whether the app is up to date.

Good to know
- Delivered, not just sent
The report separates messages that left the phone from messages WhatsApp confirmed as delivered.
- Retry only the failures
Resend failures builds a fresh list containing just the people who did not get it, ready to run again.
- Take it with you
Export writes the report to a file you can share or open in a spreadsheet.
Blocks and opt-outs
Two lists keep you out of trouble. The blocklist is the numbers you have blocked on WhatsApp. The opt-out list is everyone who asked you to stop — the app adds them automatically when they reply with a keyword like STOP, and never messages them again.

Every campaign can append a short opt-out sentence, and the wording rotates so the messages do not look identical.
- Your keywords, your languages
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and friends are there by default. Add your own, in any of the supported languages.
- Reversible
If someone changes their mind, one tap resubscribes them.
Safe sending
Anti-Ban is where you decide how carefully the app sends. Set the gap between messages, hourly and daily ceilings, a warm-up period for a freshly linked number, quiet hours, and rest breaks. The defaults are already cautious — go slower rather than faster.

Good to know
- Warm up a new number
A newly linked number starts on lower limits that rise over several days. Numbers that start at full volume are the ones that get banned.
- Stop automatically on trouble
Set a failure rate that halts a campaign by itself, and a pause after a run of consecutive failures.
- Send during waking hours
A send window keeps the app from messaging people in the middle of the night.
App settings
Settings holds your account, the app language, light or dark theme, and the country used to complete phone numbers saved without a code. It is also where you check for app updates. Send to unknown, on the Automation tab, opens a chat with a number that is not in your contacts.

Good to know
- Nine languages
Switch the interface language at any time. Right-to-left languages lay the whole app out correctly.
- Light or dark
Follow the system theme or force one. Both are designed for readability, not just tint.
- Message someone once
Send to unknown opens a WhatsApp chat with any number without saving it as a contact first.
