WB Chat Shop

Your shop inside chat: share a catalogue link, get orders in chat

Put your products in a catalogue on your phone and share one link. Customers browse it, tap order, and a chat opens with the item and quantity filled in. Every order is filed in the app with its own code — no cart, no checkout, no website.

On screen

  • A published shop page on a customer's phone

  • Your shop settings and link

  • Your products with photos and prices

  • Orders that came in through chat, with order codes

  • Choosing your logo and colour style

  • An auto-reply flow that greets shoppers

How it works

  1. Add your products

Photo, price and description, sorted into categories — or import a whole spreadsheet in one go.

  2. Publish your shop page

Pick a shop name, add your logo, choose one of eight colour styles. It is live at yourname.bythat.cloud.

  3. Orders arrive in chat

A customer taps order and a chat opens with the product and quantity filled in. The order is filed in the app with its own code.

Why businesses use it

  • No website to build

No domain, no hosting, no developer. One link for your status, your bio or a message.

  • Every order in one list

Chat orders get an order code; orders you take by phone or in person can be typed in beside them.

  • See it working

See how often your shop page was opened, and how many visits came through a link you shared.

What it costs

Every new account starts with a free trial. After it, a free plan keeps sending a few messages a day, and a one-time upgrade — no subscription — unlocks everything.

Questions

What does it cost?

The shop page is part of the free trial. After it, a one-time Premium payment for 1 year, 3 years or lifetime keeps it online — no subscription, no commission on orders. Without Premium the page goes offline; your products stay in the app.

Can customers pay on the page?

Not on the page. The order is placed in chat, and you agree payment with the customer the way you do today.

Can I edit many products at once?

Yes. Export your products to a spreadsheet, edit them there, and import them back.
